Setting the Course Card Image for Your Course

Add and Manage a Course Card Image in Open edX Studio

Summary

The course card image represents your course visually in the LMS catalog and learner dashboard. A clear and engaging image helps learners easily recognize and differentiate courses.

In Open edX Studio, course authors can configure the course card image from the Schedule & Details section of their course settings. This guide explains how to upload or assign a course card image so that it appears correctly in the LMS.

Tip: Course discovery and marketing-related content are managed through Discovery Admin, the WordPress-based CMS. This article focuses only on configuring the course card image within Studio. Please make sure that you have logged in to your Edly Panel to update this setting.
