Understand Your Edly Platform Performance and Access Key Admin Tools

Tip: Make sure you have logged in to the Edly Panel before proceeding with the article. 

Note: Only Panel Users, Panel Admin, and Insights Viewers can access Edly Panel Dashboard.

The Edly Panel Dashboard provides a centralized overview of your Edly instance’s key metrics and quick access to related applications. This article explains how to view and interpret essential statistics, such as monthly active users, enrollments, and course completions, and how to download associated reports. It also shows how to use the My Apps section to navigate to Studio, LMS, Discovery, and other Edly tools from one place. By following this guide, administrators and authorized viewers can monitor platform activity and access core features efficiently. 

Edly Panel Dashboard section provides the following information:

  • Quick stats of users for the current month. The quick stats include monthly active users, course completions, and enrollments in courses.

  • The monthly active learners(MALs) graph provides historical data for MALs. This data can be downloaded in the form of two reports:
    • Download MALs: This CSV will have all MALs count.
    • Download Learners Report: This CSV file has monthly active learners' details.

  • The top navigation bar provides you with the link to your apps (Studio, LMS, Discovery, Discovery Admin, E-commerce) and a video to help you to understand the Edly Panel.
